I’m Jeffy Joseph—an operations and engineering leader turned aspiring small-business owner based in Northern California. Raised in Kerala, India , I built a reputation for optimizing processes, driving growth, and leading cross-disciplinary teams through rapid prototyping, supplier negotiations, and continuous-improvement initiatives. Over the past several years, I’ve overseen projects that required both detailed technical know-how and the ability to inspire collaborative problem-solving across every department.

By diving into hands-on development sprints, data-driven root-cause analysis, and strategic partnerships with vendors, I learned that sustainable success isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about building trust, fostering open communication, and rolling up sleeves alongside the entire team. I’m Karun Balachandran—an engineering leader turned aspiring small-business owner based in Northern California. Born and raised in Kerala, India, I arrived in the U.S. with a passion for building things that matter—whether that meant leading a team through a complex vehicle design challenge or mentoring new engineers in first-principles thinking. Over the past six years at Tesla, I’ve had the privilege of guiding cross-functional teams to deliver advanced engineering and manufacturing solutions for electric vehicles—projects that demanded both technical rigor and a deep appreciation for how people work together.

Through countless design reviews, supplier negotiations, and rapid prototyping sprints, I discovered something fundamental: lasting success grows out of trust, clear communication, and a willingness to get your hands dirty alongside your team.
